The vast majority of people who take the shot don't even consider something could go wrong from it. They would never realise themselves that the shot may be preventing them from becoming pregnant. People who are aware of this potential outcome and take it seriously are not getting the shot. If this is actually happening, it will be denied till the bitter end, and fought like hell by those in the know and useful idiots alike.
