I see nothing wrong celebrating the American Born Caucasian General Gordon Granger who is commemorated for His act on June 19, 1865 when He informed the enslaved individuals of Galveston, Texas, that they were officially free.
I also support reparations 100%. Every family alive today that is the living relative of any Soldier that fought and died for that day to happen, as well as any other War for that matter. We owe Reparations for their sacrifice and the pain it inflicted upon the family, community, and this Nation.
