This is bullshit for sure, but an IQ doesn't determine how 'smart' you are, really. It just shows where your strengths lie, and how fast you understand stuff.

Can be a complete moron outside of the neurosurgery you perform everyday Can be bagging groceries full time and win a world chess champion on the weekend.
