I think this was an elaborate leftoid hoax. It came out in October 2020, in time for electioneering, and the address given for the adrenochrome company is Trump Tower in Manhattan.

This is one elaborate hoax.

The only omission I could find so far is they fucked up the DoB of a few employees.
