You're right. This whole story is designed to enrage people. The invoice system was part of the initial reports, but it got mixed in with rumors of the whole system shutting down. Now that some people are learning that the pipeline still works, they're outraged that the pipeline isn't sending out oil even though Colonial could lose a lot of money by doing so.
Wasnt there something about power outages in the spars 2025-2028 johns hopkins bloomberg school document? I mean i know we had texas, wondering if/how this type of "outage" plays into the gramd scheme of medical tyrants/ globalists agenda
