Not his RV, gave plenty of warning before explosion, signed off his property to a woman living in the federal building area of Los Angeles who supposedly didn't know him, was the only supposed death, and the feds solved fhe case within hours.
The woman in LA has something to do with it.
What do you think they were going after?
Taking our communications for an area that big, could have been multiple targets. They could have killed and disposed of dozens of people, gotten permanent access to the network without using warrants, and more.
