I see your point, but the transfer agreement was not as big as you imagine, he basically tried to get rid of them anyway possible, there was no gas chambers of course and no holocaust and no mass murders. If there were probably we would not be in the mess we are in now.
The transfer agreement were halted as the leadership of Nazi party realized it won't solve the problem, (all those who deported, will be trained by the english and sent to fight the Germans one way or another).
Whether Hitler rise to power was supported by the jewish rabbinical forces or not is something I have not investigated thoroughly, but the transfer agreement is not the definitive proof of him working with them. But is a proof that he really was not the murderous type they portray him as.

PS: I am not advocating for jewish annihilation. But jewish ideology must be exposed, most jews do not fully understand its ramifications.
