Even Cuomo says "emergency use" drugs can't be mandated - at least not by public funded institutions, though I doubt sincerely even a private company could get away with this....

I see lawsuits popping up everywhere.

#attn lawyers: COVID19™ mandates is the new money train - get on that shit - a class action suit by all the students at UCSD might be a good start.
