I don't know if OP is saying that the whole list has been through some scrubbing, meaning the numbers are way higher for the whole timeline that the list represents, or if they're talking about the "Unknown Date" total at the end.
The best evidence, in my opinion, that you shouldn't take a vaccine for anything is the rise in the number of adverse events and the rise in frequency of those events after immunity was given to vaccine producers in 1986. How can anyone in their right mind look at all of that and not be concerned is scary.

If you download the database for 2021 the unknown date entries are all for the covid vaccine.
