The closest you can get to HCQ in Tonic Water is it's precursor, "quinine hydrochloride". Which is a more stable version of quinine, but not as stable as Hydroxychloroquine. It's also found in the cheaper generic versions, both for affordability, and it's stability.
As with HCQ, it is important that it contains a alkaloid, unlike the versions that contain traditional Quinine.
"Quinine hydrochloride" is an earlier version of HCQ. It's not as good as HCQ but it is also better for you than Quinine. :/ Applying to terrain theory, the most important aspects of these drugs are the alkaloids that they both contain, yet straight Quinine does not.
The take away being, if you can't buy HCQ, make sure to buy the cheap tonic water that contains, "Quinine hydrochloride" and not just "Quinine".

Most people are already 'good' as the pandemic was generated out of statistics. But yes, this does help against corona viruses.
