I quoted the Detroit news in a post the other day concerning door-to-door vaccination visits. In the article they emphasize their intent of visiting low income areas 2-3 times.
Income is not the inhibiting factor. Multiple, easily accessible clinics have been opened here quite recently. The number of daily vaccinations has been incredibly low. 20-30 on a daily basis, if that. People just don't want to get vaccinated.
But now, of course, people will be flagged in Detroit for verified refusal.
Why leave the people least likely to listen to them? I'd rather have 500 million who are all dependent on me and old but won't revolt than 500 million who don't don't respect my rule.
