I don't know, but I think most Indian states are using cycle threshold of 35 and now there has been requests in some states to lower that to a more meaningful 24:

Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) considers those with cycle threshold of higher than 35 to be automatically negative (due to false positivity):
