If Hitler was a Pagan, he would be worshiping Germanic Gods, which there are multiple of. Germanic Paganism has a separate God for almost everything sacred: forest, fertility, hunting etc.
But he specifically mentions one God. And he also designed the "Mother's Cross" award for bearing children.
The Swastika is also based off of the old Austrian Catholic cross (contrary to the myth of it being connected to India).
German flag is also a recreation of the Teutonic flag. Teutons were a Christian knighthood order.

We can't truly know what he believed in on the inside, so it's all just speculations. But I have nothing against Paganism either.
