I noticed it as well for the last few years: the propaganda, bot activity, and shilling about pushing the pro-vaccine narrative, and shitting on anti-vaxxers. It was low effort and obvious as hell. When I used to venture through r/all I'd come across 1-5 vaccine propaganda posts per day with just moderate scrolling for 10-15 minutes. All of the anti-vax posts took the dumbest people they could find, with the dumbest statements, and lit the straw man on fire while they collectively danced around the flames, swelling with empty joy and over-enflated conceit with their hollow victory, while simultaneously censoring and downvoting anyone who went against their narrative. Pathetic doesn't even come close to describing it.

I noticed this as well. The same goes for imgur, which is more of a meme now itself rather than an image hosting provider.
