Saw the video footage. I see so many legal problems with this. Was that officer giving the jib jab also a nurse...of..any..kind? What about informed consent? Is it legal for LEO's to force the jib jab by restraint against their will?

I smell a major lawsuit happening. L.A. and L.A. county should be ashamed of themselves.
