The guy himself says it's only a possibility, but let's say the vaccines make people sterile as has been speculated. More than plausible that is the route taken as infertility is already an existing issue.
Sterilization still isn't as dumb and effective as inducing a Mice Utopia Behavioral Sink or a Communist Revolution. And they will (and are) going to make sure this happens through a perpetual war on Covid nobody can escape.
