Floyd is no victim. Chauvin will walk. Breathing “enough” to speak is not always enough to live. Keep in mind here the guy did die so apparently he couldn’t breathe enough. The dispute is over the neck kneeling which obviously is not the cause of death.
Yes. It’s amazing that some people (including far too many cops) don’t know that having your chest compressed such that your breathing is labored isn’t sustainable even though you can say “ I can’t breathe.”
