How can Christians claim they have "family values" when the whole point of their religion per the founder himself is to make their families split up and make a man's enemies be those in his own house?

This is a very interesting question indeed. Some scholars think that by giving women the right to vote has put them in this position. They indeed could be right, because a woman thinks differently than a man. Did the white people vote to put themselves in this dire situation? They probably did, they probably didn't want to get hard data on voting laws.
