Their star witness has decided not to participate, pleading the 5th - he was Floyd's drug dealer who was in the SUV with him. He was outed by Floyd's junkie girlfriend as their drug dealer on the stand, which was hilarious.
Chauvin could still be fucked though because of rampant bias and racism likely present among the "jury of his peers". He's fucked if they ignore the evidence and go with their feels, and there is a strong possiblity of that happening.
