Snopes says it's a lie... I checked the wisconsin circuit court access website.(Google CCAP). And he does have a bunch of felonies for CP. 3/17/21 is when he was charged.

The first major 3rd political party in the US was the anti-Freemason party. Folks in the 1800's were far more based.
