Possible now because many adults now grew up without exposure to risk.

To fight it, the youngest generation needs to be taught to handle risk. Kids learn by mimicking others. Be a positive adult who offers encouragement. Ride a skatepark, coach a sports team, do wood shop projects, fix dirt bikes, go hunting. Live the life now.
