You'd think this is bound to be just controversial if not more than the US printing should have been.
Since there are multiple banks that can print money in EU hence asymmetrically diluting the money supply, this is going to step on some toes.
If you want to bring in a global currency, all the world's currencies need to pretty damn close to equal. This could explain the excessive money printing by first world governments.
