I think these things all day every day, the problem is that the the bad will get worse and you just have to find a way to push through the muck and do it well and with love. The struggle is real, it's extremely difficult to be positive and try to find the silver lining in all the madness but keep looking, take the wins you can to keep yourself sane and remember we are all here and can be in this together.
