I'm convinced this is deliberate weather modification through military ionosphere manipulation. The question is whether it is because our own military ha been turned to the purposes of the elite (bring down the US), or whether it is a foreign country (China, Russia, Israel all have ionosphere control installations) Bearden has talked about this for 15 years.
