A while ago, I read about the guy named Ray Yip, whose resume shows China Program Director at Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation; China Office Director at Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; and Faculty Member at University of California.
The funny thing is that the further I looked into the trace he has left, the more connections between Mr. Yip and the CCP politburo named Chen Wenqing and Yanjun Xu seemed to appear.
Who are Chen Wenqing and Yanjun Xu?
They belong to the CCP's Ministry of State Security. And the following article would shed some lights on the subject.

To me, an interesting thing about this news is that a security researcher named Yaniv Balmas at none other than Check Point was the one who issued the report. (Check Point is an arm of the Obama clique's.)

Myanmar's Kyaukpyu (The map linked above marked it as Kyauk Phyu.) is such a crucial point for connecting China to the Indian Ocean: If China got Kyaukpyu, then the CCP can do many many more things when the South China Sea tension dials up to the maximum.

China is well known with its ambition to connect EastMed Pipeline and Central Asia–China Gas Pipeline (Turkmenistan to Shanghai). See this map and this map.
Who is the biggest beneficiary of these soon-to-be-connected pipelines? The top echelon of Israel and the CCP. This is why I would say good luck to Syria.
For the rare-earth elements,
during the Trump administration, the US, Australia, and Myanmar strategically ramped up the production of rare earths elements in order to take away China's monopoly status at the market.
Now, after said coup, China will take that status back with solely controlling Myanmar.
