I solved my issue with Instagram. I uninstalled the app and only use the website now. It's super slow so i solved both my porn addiction and my addiction to social media.

I unsubscribed to everything except conspiracy/occult/esoteric/spiritual/woo pages.
Removed the app.
Spend maybe a few minutes every few days.
It opened up some time and mental energy, replaced w/ reading print books.
