African indigenous tribes and some indigenous tribes in the Amazon had a practice of stretching the tit so they could flip them over their shoulders and feed their suckling infants attached to their backs for when they climb trees or hunt. They practice tit stretching like other tribes of savages practice tit rolling where they grind stones on to the tits to stop them having large breasts disguising them as men incase the other tribes of cannibals steal their women. Today some of these practices have stopped by their governments while the NHS clearly promotes them.
