So a while ago, some people made a big issue out of Greta Thunberg sharing this document. Can anyone explain what the problem is with this?
... It was a playbook for her and "her goons" to boycott and protest farmers in India. It was all staged and hurt the economy. I believe that's what happened. So her organizing this is what the big deal is.
She posted the document as have many others. Do you have any evidence that she was involved in organizing the protests?
It's pretty obvious she was intended to lend her voice and support, it's also obvious she (or her father) didn't write it.
