Question. Ballots had to be in by 8pm that day. How do we know that these weren't "in" and accounted for already, by the deadline, and just hadn't been tallies yet?
They weren’t in before, because you can clearly see that the ballots were just delivered. We also know because ballots can only leave the polling place after all the ballots have been counted.
