This smells increasingly like some kind of sting they set up on their own agent to conveniently dispose of him. Whenever they do CP busts now I honestly never believe it, it's more likely they're the ones who plant it in a lot of cases. You know they're not serious about it because they never aim their operations at anyone higher up the chain.
