The way they will do it is through 30+ years economic lockdowns, mask mandates, social distancing, and the WWIII intermezzo where America is destroyed through Civil War, Revolution and Balkanization.

After 30+ years, all events that require big gatherings will be rendered HISTORY. None will ever mention this, but it is going to happen. The psychological effects will then quickly take their toll and people will be too busy and insane trying to kill each other on the streets to care. Blood, corpses and insane, mutated humans will run all over the streets, and the surviving 4M will become "Apex Predators", being driven by the Elite's new clone and transhuman warrior slaves into the wilderness. The reset comes from the earth's new population being the clones of the Elites and GMO humans that are more beautiful, intelligent, obedient and strong than we ever are, and they are both men and women. The old human will be demolished, and rendered no different from wild beasts.
