Unfortunately, it works other way too. Same people who accept Conspiracy Theories by default are the same who dismiss Scientific Theories by default.

Conspiracy could be an absolutely legit and scientific theory if it explain observable facts in clear and logical way and gives correct predictions.
On the other way, you absolutely can't do a science without a conspiracy. You have to conspire with others to develop and check your scientific theory, make experiments to prove it and publish results. Literally.
