In the end, it is most likely, that one of the oligarchic camps in Russia will win - either the jewish background camp that Mikhail Kodorkovsky or the Putin-aligned Russian oligarchy that seems to currently more aligned with Russia.
If I had to wager my money on either of those, I woudd favor the Putin/China backed oligarchy a bit more - Not because I like them, but because I see them having the higher odds of winning. They just have more people in power, they have more hands on the spigots of wealth and Russia's and China's fates are intertwined.
