Sounds like Jordan Maxwell. He often deconstructs the real meanings of common phrases and words.

Sovereign citizen arguments get ignored in courts. It's a fun rabbit hole but it has zero practical application.

I'm in the Netherlands but I guess the answer is the same: a translator or a psychological assessment? I'm dead serious, Dutch police deal with a lot of asylum seekers that seemingly don't speak Dutch or English.

Sovereign Citizen is asinine, being that you are either Sovereign or a Citizen. A Citizen is a Subject of the Sovereign. Law is derived from the Sovereign, thus the Sovereign Overstands the Law. Citizens Understand, therefore are given Privileges granted by the Sovereign. They are not rights, just privileges which can be taken away.

It's very complex and convoluted, by design. Oh, the webs TPTB weave. But to break it down in simplest imagery/terms, the Queen of England. She is the Sovereign, and all Citizens in Her Realm are Her Subjects. She herself, is not a Citizen nor does the Law apply to her. How could it, it's Administered in Her Name.

In order for the Law to apply to her, she would have to Understand, thus giving up Sovereign Immunity. Which, she'd never do. Therefore, she could quite literally go around blasting people with military full autos (Her weapons) to her hearts desire, and then have any officers trying to stop her arrested.

There are bloodlines higher up on the pyramid than Saxe-Coburg and Gotha. With great power, comes great responsibilities ;)

You're welcome, and there is truth to what many "Sovereign Citizens" say. However, most of the people go about it the wrong way, which is why they usually end up in jail. If you are a Citizen, you are a Subject of the Sovereign. You have privileges, not rights. However, there are various levels of Citizen and Statuses. 97% of the people fall under Capitis deminutio maxima, though. I highly recommenced checking out Jordan Maxwell. He talks extensively on this topic.
