You have to understand how the enemy thinks.
Take the alt right for example. Punchable wannabe nazi Richard Spencer's mentor Paul Gottfried is jewish. Mike Enoch (runs a big alt right podcast site) has a jewish ex wife. Daily Stormer editor Weev is jewish. How much of the alt right was astro turfed, feeding them a few true facts about things corrupt jews have done mixed with a dose of feel good bullshit, in order to create an enemy to drive up antifa recruitment? How much have they milked Charlottesville and the one death there to stoke fears about right wing terrorism while ignoring similar and often worse violence by BLM and Antifa?
Of course the enemy (which is not strictly jewish, though they deserve a major entry alongside catholics, masons, and a few other groups) creates controlled opposition groups. And they feed them some truth (but not enough to be too dangerous) to reel them in so they can be directed at the wrong things or outed as threats and dealt with before they stumble across dangerous truths. So yes, it's possible Q was a psyop despite it revealing plenty of truth.
That said, it's still very possible Q is legit. Some things about Biden's early days as President don't add up. He and his people aren't acting like winners. The audio glitch with the sound bite about accepting a plea deal doesn't seem like something his people would do to misdirect us as it's only buying them a few weeks of time. So I think odds are in favor of it being real right now, but there's still enough of a possibility that it's not legit (or at the very least it's being run by people with their own agenda) that you shouldn't shit on the doubters. And whether you're a believer or doubter you should still be preparing to be plan B in case plan A fails or turns out to be bullshit.

The Q people looked at how Trump predictably moves and behaves and incorporated that into the larp. Top level government doesn't post on 4chan and tell you exactly what they're going to do. Everything done by these guys being Q is to deceive people into believing in him. If Q was an actual thing then we'd be sitting here celebrating Trumps victory.
