So how was TX affected? Thats why they didnt take the case, TX never actually explained why they were suing under a law designed to, for example, hold Kansas accountable for dumping toxic waste into a river that flows into texas.
TX was affected because the "supreme court" allowed the demonrats to steal the election, without any friction (in plain view of the constituents), and allow biden to attempt to ascend to the president of the USA of which TX is a member state?!... Fasten your seatbelts!...
TX claimed other states changing their election laws(Legally) affected them much in the same way dumping across state lines did.
Essentially TX was trying to argue that the 10th stops at elections, which is its own clusterfuck of problems. Do you really think states should sue each other about their own laws?
I think that the law holds no weight anymore as all judges have demonstrated to be corrupt, as a result everyone should carry firearms and the fear of death might make some people honest... the "rule of law" is intended to create a civil society, but when the the judiciary are the criminals they are guilty of creating chaos and need to be held accountable or the whole system should be abandoned for citizen's rule of law?!
