I noticed that when some liberal person enumerate "opressed minorities", Native Americans will be omitted from the list. Even typical MSM articles omit them (f.e. https://edition.cnn.com/2020/06/23/politics/black-lives-matter-support-impact/index.html - just first article about BLM in search results)
AFAIK from history lessons, natives had much more issues with white people than blacks. Europeans come to their land as uninvited guests and just killed them taking their valuables and lands.
So why SJW omit natives? Is there something I don't know/understand?
Because the current narrative is about how black people are so stupid they need handouts and a boost at every level to counter their incompetency? Keep up kid
In the "traditional" SJW list you will also find Hispanics, LGBTQXYZ, Aisans and even Arabs, along the blacks. But I rarely saw any mention of Natives. They could be mentioned as minorities or PoC only in some wikipedia articles or some statistic or scientific papers.
Native Americans are usually “based”, if you ever listen to them talk. Very traditional, conservative... not the kind of person a pink haired lib would want to help
It is hard to hang with native american in Russia. :)
However, I knew one Chukcha, they are close to Eskimos. Yes, he was traditional, spiritual and "based". Nice buddy, I like him. Chukchas was a good warriors, few centuries ago, Russian Empire tried to subdue them, but failed, so left them alone signing peace.
Can confirm. I know several Native Americans here in Texas, and they are conservative, don't trust the fucking government (gods know they shouldn't) and don't have a need for being labeled a victim class. Based for sure. I do know a couple in Canada that yell about what you're saying here. They are mad they aren't included in the special victim class and want to be. So I don't know. Maybe the Texans are just Texans and when you grow up in Texas outside the big city liberal bullshit you don't want anything to do with that mess
But they largely vote for democrats. Look mom further than New Mexico.
