Visible indicator? How about a numerical code, tattooed on their forearm perhaps? That way it would be easily displayed to the appropriate authorities. I think I've seen this somewhere before...

so what they are saying is that people who they want to get the shots are actually science deniers who deny the science, and who need to be fooled into getting the shot by marketing gimmicks ?
