I don't see the internet being blocked as a whole in the free world, business would be destroyed at this point and what's bad for business is bad for everyone. Just don't be an asshole that's hosting highly illegal content. Everyone seems to want to say everything on their minds without repercussion, but that's not possible in the real world with real people. People get angry. People are emotional. People get hurt for no reason.
Rules do exist for a reason, there's no 100% free speech anywhere on this planet except in your own mind.
