TO YOUR ATTENTION, RESEARCHERS! - If you don't want to read the entire text, consider the video as fake.
I did a bit of research and I would appreciate external opinions on that.

The voice has slight alterations in the way of communication and I am not 100% sure if it's the same person. Please consider listening and comparing, and review the ending part - that is ridiculous... So, only from those two videos, it could be suggested that either they are made by different people with similar voices in order to cover up the original, or it is the same guy and he is a propagandist - providing little truth with many lies as details.

However, having good sources for this: illogical media coverage of the channel to help him have followers (never heard this done for a supposed whistleblower); underlining his ridiculous statements. However, the voice of this person gets clearer when he talks with his... colleague or w/e. On the other hand, the voice on the original is pretty ruff but again gets clearer around the 20 min mark. Again, you be the judge on voice similarity.
If you write the same name on youtube, you get someone who was allegedly killed, allegedly sharing "secrets from silicon valley" and pay attention to this voice - youtube link. Nothing similar to the original. He may have started with his original voice and changed it along the way to sound more convincing or the original video contains that he was poisoned which could be the reason for the voice. Again, make your own conclusion. Just FYI - the youtube video is of someone who is clearly lying and not even aware in most cases what should be saying - of that, I am 100% sure.

Audio file recorded in early June 2019 allegedly. The earliest date I saw on his video was 23rd of March, 2020.
Going now on the specific information on the recording and being extremely critical to any statement so we can find actual true statements, if any:
He states that he is making video(s) - If they are all from the same guy, this is clearly bs.
Too many people waking up (aware of Zionism) - This guy is highly qualified. He states that Zionism is from decades when anyone can confirm they exist from millennia - not a good research from the whistleblower.
Immediately discredits "conspiracy theoriests" as not being a threat. - I will leave it for you to decide how truthful is that statement.
He states that many youtube comments show how awoke is America but check again No.3?? So, in his mind, youtube comments are not left by conspiracy factcheckers...
For some reason adds "I am not Anti-semite for looking into this information", he is talking about Zionism, while Jews are absolutely aware that Zionism and Judaism are different things. Goldberg is a Jewish name. Any Jew will confirm that there is something fishy here.
Some Youtube channels are paid to exist and attract the thinkers. He mentions Alex Jones as being a shill. Although, many have different opinions on him, he was the person, the only person, to popularize the only video of the Bohemian Grove. Makes no sense to reveal so much information for a TV show that is rarely watched.
He states that they will track you via the comments and find you. So, the solution is not leaving comments? What an interesting point from a whistleblower... to be a hypocrite... he can but we can't???
He states that they have access to youtube and they know who you are... Doesn't really make any sense to jump from a youtube comment activity to Mosad will knock on your door any minute... -- 8 comments in 8 min...
All youtube account are revealing true information but they are paid, he states. Just a reminder, his video is on youtube and he had a channel there.
The documents are showing that people will not realize that they are infected by the virus... as he states... Kinda clashes with the media propaganda to inform about the virus. Also, apparently, he thinks the virus is more dangerous than the regular flu - something proven already to be incorrect.

Alright, this is turning into a very long post and I believe anyone with a critical mind and reviewing the other sources can confirm for themselves that this guy is clearly lying. As I remember, he continues with "Trump is part of their plan", "he will be a King of Jerusalem" lol, "mentions the blackouts and that some people will disappear", "mentions fake news", "the wall" - pretty much understands the Zionistic plan (of which I am confident to confirm that he is a part of) and provides some truths for credibility.
So, overall, "the whistleblower" has documents (no proof), tells us to not leave comments on youtube (you know, the whistleblower), fear, fear, fear, Trump-bad, and "he is tasked with his duty to send the information out -> conveniently reported dead by... the video and only the video. Some more shouting on exterminate people!

I must admit, I believed it in the beginning due to the supposed "predictions" in the video but I am glad I researched more to correct myself. Hopefully, to help you too to not get confused by the mediocre Zionist propaganda.

The one big hole I still have that would leave me with worry though is he mention Trump will say that he is "King of the Jews" or "King of Israel" or whatever, which he actually did do. Which is very very weird. Really the most disconcerting part of the video for me.
If you toss in that Trump hasn't done anything against the swamp or Israel for 4 years, to makes even ore sense. Kind of seems like an act he's putting on.
In all fairness both him and Q are equally credible and there is clearly some weird shit going down, so it could go either way.
Faith is important. Try to be a good person. Be thankful for life. This physical world is temporary. Do your best. We all die. We do not know the future, but I believe strongly that our actions yield fruit even if they are not immediate.

That's a very good and positive reply but I did more research on this guy only to confirm him as a Zionist shill. Rest easy, these "predictions" are due to him being a part of the zionist agenda and the alleged future is not as he is stating that.
If you review his video with most criticism, you will find that this shill is only spreading fear, fear, fear... nothing but fear. We cannot leave youtube comments but he can say whatever he wishes??
