Just recently took an interest, found some great books but curious what else is available. I've tried looking but can't find much.
Don't necessarily have a stance on Magick just find it interesting how much history it has and the amount of work put into the practices still to this day.
It's fascinating. I know some say the illuminati practices satanic Magick. Rather that's actually more of a fact after what I've seen so far at least. Or at least occult rituals at the very least. Bohemian grove with Alex Jones set me on conspiracies back in the day along with UFOs.
So anything interesting feel free to share!

You should read The Secret Teachings of All Ages by Manly P Hall. That is really the place to start. It’s basically an encyclopedia on the occult written in the 1920s. It will give you the background on a lot.
There’s a free version online that I linked below, but if you drop a $100 you get a really high quality hardcover copy full of amazing artwork from the publisher, the Philosophic Research Society. I recommend it, I have it and refer back to it often.

Manly P Hall has a lot of lectures on YouTube that you can listen to as well.
Yes. People in high places are not atheists. A lot of them are into the occult and worship demons, in exchange for favours in worldly affairs.
Magic involves demons. When a magician chants a spell, it's not the words that cause the "magic" but the demons.
That's why Jesus was accused of getting help from demons to perform miracles. And some Jews to this day seek the help of demons to get things done.
Magic White & Black by Franz Hartmann is excellent. It's out of print, but you can find used copies online.
