He was there to congratulate the guys who built the wall, which bookends his first term. It would not have been appropriate to talk about election fraud yet again. If you were expecting a speech on all the arrests that are happening, then search "Insulated" on your favourite Q site, POTUS won't be speaking about them.
We are one week away from Biden's inauguration and you people are still fantasizing about Trump becoming a dictator and mass arrests.
That's really sad.
