The claim about the medical condition is also unofficial and, in fact, comes from the same source as the fire extinguisher claim. Of course, he omitted that because it doesn't fit his narrative:

They're also investigating reports that he was attacked with a fire extinguisher or another item at the Capitol, sources said. The video is more for corroboration than anything, but fire extinguishers typically weigh like 30-35 pounds. That's about the weight of a cinder block, two average bowling balls, or 140 sticks of butter. Shit can do damage.
