That's a smart PR move on their part. It was a Reichstag Fire moment, that is, the chaos was planned on the part of the Dems and Antifa allies who instigated the the event and were the vanguard over the top. It was meant to make Trump look bad and justify Pelosi's attempt at a military coup. Trump was on to it, and delayed the crowd and then told them to go home. Alex Jones' video describing what happened, as he was designated to lead the march, shows some of this.
So, when it took people about 10 minutes with image searches to show that the instigators were Antifa infiltrators they are turning it around.
Know this, if Trump had said, "We are burning this mother fucker down, follow me. No justice, no peace" then if even 5% of the massive crowd on hand had listened, they'd have seized everything. It would be like the Bastille falling.
It is pretty great. As much as I wanted something more, and as sad as the death of the unarmed lady was, it is peak clown world having congressional people shiver, hide, and decry what happened as terrifying. It was a few antifa, some Trump fans, and some boomers be let in a building where they took some photos (some in costumes for fucks sake) and moved some furniture. Tamest "coup" in human history...
