Russia have its own "eyes", created in the image and the likness of US ones. Really I think that all that "eyes" worldwide was made using one common model, and it is not US or any other state one.

Really, NSA could easliy get access to Russian "eyes" data, especially if it is about some "conspirologist", it's just a question of small bribe, due to total corruptness. However, it is definitely more complex way, than just take a look into some database from NSA offce cubicle. So, if you are not a worldwide known NWO enemy, that kind of precautions could be enough to some extent.
