They did this to get people to not believe the conspiracy theorists. People will think: "oh these crazy idiots just think it's evil because of the patent number. These dummies have no idea how coincidences or confirmation bias works." So they might dismiss it before they even look further into it.

They did it just to rub it in our faces. We were already going to know how sketchy this was, no one's going to see the patent number anyways unless they are already awoken to this type of stuff. So they are just being sadistic.

It was really just a coincidence. I doubt this option, it seems far too coincidental, given that the patent technology is literally the mark of the beast.

I'd say option 2. They get sadistic joy out of it. In their position wouldn't you? Why else name a voting system "Dominion"?
I agree, they've been spitting in the faces of the entire population this year so why not demoralize even more?
Definitely option 2. There is an option 4 though: good guys on the inside know the vaccine is dangerous so they do this in an effort to communicate to anyone paying attention not to take it.
