He's wrong 95% of the time, but I agree with him on this one.
at the minimum its a greenscreen... yet a deepfake does seem reasonable too... both of his last vids are so weird

The background is way to static to be real. I can't say anything about other stuff for sure. Donald may be a deep fake, and the resolution was kept at 720p, to hide some of the CGI details that would give it away easier.
I checked back a few videos, they all seem to max out at 720p for some reason.
I heard they were pre-recorded too. For example for the "go home" message, it was light out and you couldn't hear the crowd or any sign of it.
