Great thought exercise.
I don’t understand the “white lie” aspect. Is the white lie pretending that they’re not dead? Because I wouldn’t consider that a white lie at all.
Provided all else I accept, the check and the story of my daughter/sister/coworker died, my immediate reaction would be to share the sacrifice that they made. Publicly grieve and share memories of that person’s life. Not pretend like she didn’t exist
Concealing the death of a close friend or family member is not something that I would consider. And that’s just me, one person. There’s a whole network of friends, family, and coworkers she likely has that would also all have to accept this offer.
This is a woman who has two children who attend school. Those kids likely have friends who have met her. Teachers who have met her. Colleagues, parents, childhood friends, all of whom would have to be paid off to...pretend she never died? Or pretend she just doesn’t exist anymore?
What lie are they supposedly participating in here?
Oh yeah, pretending someone didn't die/isn't dead isn't what I'd call a "white lie". However it's likely they really only had two options. Go through with it and get a payoff for being quiet, or be dead as well. These people are ruthless, they don't care how many people are injured/die so long as it forwards their cause. We should know that by now.
So these dozens of people have all been paid off? That’s your assumption?
Isn't it a known fact that vaccine companies will pay off victims in return for their silence? I wonder if you check out their families bank accounts or recent purchases, what you would find.
We’d have to see evidence of that happening for it to be a well known fact.
And again, these would have to be paid to the family, friends, coworkers, neighbors...that’s a huge web of people that you’d have to rely on to stay silent.
