What would be the intent for a hell? Punishment.
What would be the intent for a heaven? Absolution.
What would be the intent before both intents? Judgement.
What defines a judgement? The choice of outcome.
It can be whatever you want it to be. It's all made up anyway, just call yourself a prophet and start posting some shit online and maybe in a couple years or decades others will believe it too. Give it a few hundred years, you never know, maybe your contributions will make it into the canon long-term.
Or go find a bible study group, that seems a more appropriate forum than here.
