ALL within ONE is correct, because we are each ONE potential within the potentiality of ALL energy in motion, but ALL being a "a living being endowed with a soul and intelligence" is incorrect. Energy (ALL) as the source material represents the source of all information, and it functions as self sustenance of that information.
Energy creates motion (loss of potentiality); motion creates energy (recharge of potentiality). Soul (spirit; from spiritus; spiro; to breath) and intelligence are not needed for the loss of potentiality through motion, because it is the motion that creates a temporary momentum (balance in motion) out of which the need for conscious perception of information and the free will of choice to either adhere (recharge) or ignore it (loss) arises. So the soul (spirit) is the contract to uphold life over death between ONE and ALL; the command line of operations which defines the value between choices, for which intelligence is needed to act upon.
The reason they indoctrinate us to believe the ALL is just like the ONEs within, is to deceive us to shirk responsibility over self onto the false authority of the ALL, and by setting up deities they managed to sell us on unquestionable false authorities, so as long as we believe we don't have to question our responsibility of the consequences of our own actions set into motion.
